Cancellation policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your reservation without giving enough notice we miss the opportunity to fill that reservation time and Guests on our waiting list miss an opportunity to receive services

Late to your reservation

We give a 10 minute grace period; however If you’re going to be late to your reservation time please give us a call. if you will be more than 20 minutes late to your reservation you may be asked to reschedule

COVID-19

If you are having any symptoms or feeling ill please call to reschedule your reservation. Our cancellation fee will be waived if you notify us. If any of our staff has symptoms or are not feeling well they are being asked to stay home and quarantine and are not to return back into the salon until they have a negative Covid test

Children and pets

We value your time and safety here at H & Co, therefore we ask that you do not bring young children unless they have a reservation, also, please keep your pets at home. We understand that they are all little angels however, this is not heaven. Thank you so much for your cooperation.

Forms of Payment

We except all major credit cards personal checks with a valid drivers license/ ID and cash
